admitted to a care facility. Heidi was spared a trip to the shelter
at the last minute thanks to Aussie Rescue who took her even though
she was an older, diabetic, aussie mix!

Scout is a shelter rescue who loves Frisbee! He is a super smart dog
that loves kids! His owner didn't want him anymore. I suspect Scout
was much too smart for him. He will require an active lifestyle.
Brandy's owner died. An elderly friend tried to provide a home for
her but she just couldn't keep the little girl. We sponsored her
much needed FHO surgery She may need knee surgery down the road
since both knees dislocate. The people that turned her in were
unaware that she needed treatment even though she hopped on 3 legs.
She is now living happily with a vet tech!
Yuki aka Luca was found bleeding following cars up and down rail
road tracks in Apple Valley. Her recently delivered pups were not
found. We had no where to put this poor girl so we sponsored her vet
bill and she went to a San Diego rescue and found a wonderful new
home!
